The price includes: the accommodation, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating, television, telephone (excluding communications), all taxes excluding

In accordance with the provisions of article L.441-6 of the French Commercial Code, late payment penalties and a lump sum indemnity for collection costs
are due in the event of non-payment on the day following the date of payment which is mentioned on the invoice. The rate of late payment penalties is 20%
per year and the amount of compensation is 40 \u20ac.<\/p>\n

The customer must report any breakage or deterioration that occurs during their stay.
